Camera, microphone and connection fixes come first, because they are what most people need. Accounts, coins, reporting and privacy follow.
A black square or "camera blocked": allow the permission in the browser address bar, close other apps that use the camera, then reload. On iPhone, check Settings › Safari › Camera if Safari never asks.
No sound on her side: check the microphone permission the same way, make sure you are not muted in the call, and that no other tab or app is holding the microphone.
Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi, turn off a VPN, or try another browser. A page reload reconnects most of the time.
Press start, allow the camera, and a woman who is live appears. You can also pick voice or text on the match screen.
Open →You can start as a guest. An account keeps favourites, coins and chat history across devices. Sign in with email or Google; change or delete the account from settings.
New visitors get free video matches; text chat is free. Longer video calls are paid per minute with coins, and the price is shown before anything is charged. Receipts are in your purchase history.
Both buttons are on the call screen and on every profile. Blocking is permanent for your account; reports go to a moderation team.
